  1. 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. Flour

  5. Texas Steak Seasoning

  6. Salt

  7. Pepper

  8. Chicken Fajita Seasoning

  9. Vegetable Oil

  1. Mix eggs and milk. Dip pieces of chicken in mixture. Dip chicken in flour. Coat well.

  2. Repeat twice for each strip.

  3. In a large skillet, heat oil on med-hi. Add coated chicken and season well.

  4. Cook until well done, turning frequently.

  5. (Also works with cubed steak for chicken fried steak.)
