  1. Ingredients :

  2. 100g Soya beans (soaked overnight and boiled for 30 minutes)

  3. 250g Pumpkin

  4. 200g Fresh coriander leaves

  5. 50g large pasta shells

  6. 10 g quinoa seeds (crushed)

  7. 2 Juniper berries (crushed)

  8. 2 Tomatoes

  9. 2 Potatoes

  10. 1 Carrot

  11. 1 tsp olive oil

  12. 1 tablespoon turmeric

  13. 1 tsp of paprika

  14. Salt and Pepper to taste

  15. Peel and chop vegetables.

  16. Boil potatoes, carrot and tomatoes for 2 minutes.

  17. Add half of coriander and blend until smooth.

  18. Stir fry pre boiled soya beans with olive oil.

  19. Add remaining ingredients including blended sauce,

  20. except coriander.

  21. 500 ml water and boil for about 5 minutes or until pasta shells are soft.

  22. Add remaining coriander and serve hot on its

  23. own.

  24. Excellent winter warmer when accompanied with bread to dip in.
