  1. 1 lb ground pork

  2. 1 lb ground cooked ham (I use leftover ham)

  3. 2 eggs

  4. 3/4 cup milk

  5. 2/3 cup crushed shredded wheat cereal

  6. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar , packed

  7. 2/3 cup water

  8. 1/3 cup vinegar

  9. 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard

  1. In a bowl, combine the pork ham, eggs, milk and cereal. Mix well.

  2. Shape into 1-1/2 inch to 2 inch meatballs.

  3. Place in a greast 13x9 baking dish.

  4. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.

  5. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

  6. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 4 minutes.

  7. Pour over meatballs.

  8. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 60-70 minutes or until browned.
