Ingredients Jump to Instructions ↓

  1. 675g pork chops

  2. garlic granules to taste

  3. salt and pepper to taste

  4. 1 onion, chopped

  5. 1 large cabbage, cut into squares

  6. 450g pasta or flat egg noodles

  7. 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with garlic granules, salt and pepper and place in a large greased saucepan or deep frying pan with chopped onion and fry until very brown and well cooked. It is ok if they stick a little, as the browned bits are essential in this dish. When done, remove chops and set aside.

  2. Add a little water to the saucepan or frying pan and mix up the browned bits. Place cabbage into the pot, and allow to cook down completely.

  3. In a separate large saucepan, boil the pasta or noodles in water until cooked. Drain and mix in butter.

  4. Cut up the pork chops to bite size pieces and set aside. When the cabbage has cooked down, add pork and cooked noodles and mix completely.
