  2. 2 pounds chopped chicken

  3. 2 medium onions, chopped finely

  7. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  8. 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  9. Salt, to taste

  10. Set two

  11. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds powder

  12. 5 whole clove

  13. 5 garlic pods

  14. 1 piece cinnamon stick (1 inch)

  15. 1/2 pound fenugreek leaves, without stems

  16. 1/4 cup oil

  1. Boil all the items of Set 1 in a pot until the water evaporates.

  2. In a skillet heat oil and add fenugreek leaves. On high heat fry the leaves for 5 minutes and then add the contents of the above pot. Again, on medium heat fry for 5 minutes. Crush items of Set 2 and add to the skillet. Keep frying on low heat for another two minutes and remove from heat
