  1. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Brown sugar

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornstarch

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  4. 1 cup 237ml Water

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Soy sauce

  1. Mix together in saucepan and heat to boiling stirring until thickened.

  2. Place spareribs in roaster with 1 cup of water, cover and cook 1 hour at 350F or until tender.

  3. Pour sauce over ribs and bake another 20 min. basting often.
