    1. 1 1/4 c. sugar

    2. 1/2 c. light syrup

    3. 1/4 c. butter

    4. 3 eggs, slightly beaten

    5. 1 c. pecans

    6. 1 tsp. vanilla

    7. 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

    1. Combine sugar, corn syrup and butter in a saucepan and stir until butter melts. Remove from unit. Gradually add hot syrup to beaten eggs. Add pecans and vanilla flavoring and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
