Bbq Chicken Pizza

2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup warm water(shouldnt b boiling water)

1 packet of instant yeast

1tsp of sugar

1 tsp of salt

For Pizza Topping: --

1 lbs chicken breat boneless and skinless cutted in small pieces

1 tbsp olive oil

2 1/2 tablespoons paprika

2 tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon dried thyme

For Pizza Paste: --

3 cups ketchup

1 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 tablespoons chili powder

1 tablespoon ground mustard

2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

2 ounces balsamic vinegar

1 small red onion , julienned

1/4 cup chiffonade of basil

Cheese: --

6 ounces Fresh Mozzarella cheese
