  1. Basmati rice - 2 cup

  2. Onion (big) - 2

  3. Green chillies - 3

  4. Carrot - 1

  5. Beans - 6

  6. Green peas - 1/2cup

  7. Lemon juice - 2 tsp

  8. Coriander leaves -1/4cup

  9. mint leaves - 1/4cup

  10. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp

  11. Salt - to taste

  12. Milk - 2 cup

  13. To season:

  14. Cinnamon - 1

  15. Cloves - 2

  16. Cardamom - 2

  17. Cashew nuts - 6

  18. Ghee (clarified butter) - 4 tsp

  1. Wash and soak the rice.

  2. Chop the vegetables into small pieces.

  3. Heat ghee in cooker add the seasoning ingredients, sliced onion, slit green chillies and sauté well.

  4. Add ginger garlic paste, mint and coriander leaves, chopped vegetables and salt and allow it for a minute.

  5. Add milk and 1½ cups of water, soaked and drained rice.

  6. Close the cooker. Leave it till a whistle.

  7. Reduce the flame to sim and let it cook for 5 mins.

  8. Easy veg pulav is ready.
