  5. Salt 14 Teaspoon

  6. Eggnog 60 Milliliter (As You Like, 4 Soup Spoons)

  7. Fruit jelly 1 Tablespoon (Red Fruit)

  8. Sugar 100 Gram

  9. Red mixed fruits 400 Gram (Red)

  10. Corn starch 30 Milliliter , mix with some water (2 Soup Spoons)

  11. Water 8 Teaspoon (For Mixing Corn Starch)

  12. Rum 15 Milliliter (1 Soup Spoon)

  1. Directions Method:

  2. beat the fresh cream till stiff 2. egg yolks and sugar into a big bowl, use mixer to whisk until the colour turns white 3. cut vanilla pod top to end, drop the vanilla into mixture, add salt mix well 4. put milk in pot and heat up, don't boil ,when small bubble raise on the side remove from heat, slowly mix milk with egg yolks mixture stir it well 5. prepare an ice bath, use it to cool mixture down,keep stiring it 6. add egg nogg and stiffed cream in, pour in mixture in ice cream machine for 50 or 55 minutes, or put in freezer.

  3. Red fruit jelly Ingredients:

  4. gramm sugar 2.

  5. gramm red mixed fruits 3.

  6. soup spoons corn starch mix with some water 4.

  7. soup spoon rum Method:

  8. tall pot put sugar in stir till sugar becomes caramel, add in red wine and mixed fruits and boil, pour in corn starch when it is boiling,take off the heat and add 1 soup spoon rum in , I put it on the ice bath to cool it down on the side go with:

  9. caramelize sugar in hot pan, add in chopped walnuts stir well, gradually sprinkle in water, stir well
