  1. 3 1/2 c Butter

  2. 3/4 c Sugar

  3. 2 Eggs

  4. 1 ts Baking powder

  5. 1 tb Half & half cream

  6. 1 ts Almond extract

  7. 2 1/2 c Flour

  8. Decorations: 1 Egg white

  9. Sugar Sprinkles 1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs.

  10. 2. Add baking powder, then cream, then almond extract. Add flour, 1 cup

  11. 3. Refrigerate dough for at least

  12. 1-2 hrs.

  13. 4. Roll out on floured board. Cut in shapes or circles.

  14. 5. To decorate: Whip egg white until frothy. Brush on cookies.

  17. 8-10 min. Watch them carefully since they cook
