  1. 6 egg s or egg beaters

  2. 1/2 tsp dry mustard

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. 1/4 cup green onion s, finely chopped

  5. 1 lb bulk breakfast sausage

  6. 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning or salt and pepper

  7. 1 cup cheddar -jack or colby-jack shredded cheese

  8. 2-3 drops hot sauce

  9. Frozen shredded hash browns

  1. Brown sausage and onions. Add Mrs Dash or salt and pepper. Line bottom of 8X8 baking dish with hashbrowns (about 1 inch thick). Sprinkle hashbrowns with drained sausage mixture. Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, and hot sauce, then pour over meat and hashbrowns. Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until eggs are set and golden brown on top.
