  1. To Be Mixed Into A Dressing

  2. 2 tbsp lemon juice

  3. 1 tsp olive oil

  4. 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  5. 1 tsp finely chopped basil leaves

  6. 1 tsp crushed garlic (lehsun)

  7. 1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)

  8. 2 tbsp chopped pine nuts or walnuts (akhrot)

  9. salt to taste

  10. Other Ingredients

  11. 1 cup low-fat paneer , cut into 25 mm. (1") cubes

  12. 1/2 cup boiled pasta (of your choice)

  13. 1/2 cup bean sprouts

  14. 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes

  15. 6 to 8 pitted olives

  1. Combine all the salad ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.

  2. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well. Serve chilled.
