  1. 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, potato, beans, green peas, cauliflower/boiled)

  2. 1 bay leaf

  3. 3 green chilies

  4. 5 garlic flakes

  5. 1 cardamom

  6. 1 cinnamon (stick)

  7. 1tsp fennel seeds

  8. 1 onion (chopped)

  9. Coriander leaves (few)

  10. 1tbsp coconut (pieces)

  11. 1 piece ginger (small)

  12. Salt as per taste

  13. 1tbsp Oil

  14. 1tsp ghee

  15. lemons (juice)

  1. Heating up 1tsp oil on a tawa

  2. Put bay leaf, green chilies, cardamom, cinnamon and garlic flakes

  3. Fry for a minutes and remove them

  4. Now make a paste of the fried masala with fennel seeds, onion, coriander leaves, coconut and ginger

  5. Heating up 1/2tbsp oil in a pan

  6. Add the mixed vegetables and add ghee to it and mix well

  7. Cook for a minute

  8. Now add the paste masala and mix well

  9. Mix some vegetable stock

  10. Put salt as per taste and mix well

  11. Cook it till it starts boiling

  12. Now add the lemon juice

  13. Vegetable korma is ready to be served

  14. Try it with rice, roti or naan
