  1. 1133 g ground beef

  2. 1 1/2 cups diced onion

  3. 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

  4. 420 g can tomato sauce

  5. 301 g can tomato soup

  6. 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

  7. 3 tbsp. sugar

  8. 1 tsp. salt

  9. 1 tsp. garlic salt

  10. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  11. 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

  12. 1 cup canned diced tomatoes

  13. 2 cups water

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat, breaking up clumps. Drain the fat from the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onion and green pepper to the beef. Cook about 5 to 8 minutes until the onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Add the tomato sauce, tomato soup, macaroni, sugar, salt, garlic salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, diced tomatoes and water and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer the goulash about 30 minutes until the macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
