  1. Vegetable Ghee - 2 TBS

  2. Oil - 1 TBS

  3. Spinach puree of 1 bunch

  4. Star anise - 1

  5. Cardomam - 3

  6. Cloves - 5

  7. Cinnamon stick - 2 inch

  8. Dried red chilis - 2

  9. Bay leaves - 2

  10. Green paste - 4

  11. Onion - 1 chopped

  12. Tomato - 1 chopped

  13. Coriander powder - 1TSP

  14. Turmeric powder - 1/4 TSP

  15. Red chili powder - 1 TSP

  16. Garam masala - 1TSP

  17. Kitchen king masala - 1

  18. Chaat masala - 1 TSP

  19. Chana/chhole masala - 1 TSP

  20. Kasturi methi - 1 TBS

  21. Salt - As per the taste

  22. Sour cream - 1 TBS

  23. Paneer - 160 grams

  1. For spinach puree Cut and wash spinach and boil it in to hot bubbling water. Cook it for 1minutes and immediately transfer it into chilled water. Let it rest for next 5minutes and make puree it without adding water.

  2. Add ghee and oil in to pan and keep flame on medium.

  3. When it’s enough hot, add Star anise, Bay leaves, Cloves, Cardamom, dried red chilies, and Cinnamon steak to it and sort it for 30 seconds.

  4. Now add green paste to pot and immediately cover it. Open after 30 seconds and cook until its relive oil.

  5. Add onion and cook until 3minutes.

  6. Now add tomatoes to cook until start to leave oil.

  7. After tomatos get cook, add sour creame followed by all remaining spices.

  8. Mix it well for few seconds and add spinach puree to it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

  9. Add paneer cube to it and let it cook until paneer get cook.
