  1. 1/4 cup vinegar

  2. 3 T. light soy sauce

  3. 6 T. sugar

  4. 4 t. paprika

  5. 2 mashed anchovies

  6. 1/2 t. cayenne pepper

  7. 1 T. vegetable oil

  8. 2 cloves garlic , chopped

  9. 1/2 lb. bites of turkey or chicken

  10. 3 green onions , sliced

  11. 12 ounces fettuccine , cooked and drained

  12. 2 T. chopped fresh cilantro

  13. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

  1. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, paprika, anchovies and red pepper in a large bowl.

  2. Heat oil in wok over medium heat. Add garlic and turkey; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add to bowl.

  3. Add green onions to work; cook, stirring for 1 minute. Stir in turkey mixture, cooked pasta and ciantro, if ussing, tossing until heated through.

  4. Spoon noodle mixture into serving dish. Sprinkle on peanuts.
