  2. 4 rashers rindless bacon, chopped

  3. 1 onion, finely chopped

  4. 1 teaspoon crushed garlic

  5. 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved

  6. 100g baby spinach leaves

  7. 1 cup grated parmesan

  8. cup basil pesto

  9. crusty bread , to serve

  1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet instructions. Drain and return to saucepan.
