  1. All purpose flour / maida-1 cup

  2. Cocoa-1/4 cup

  3. Powdered sugar-1 cup

  4. Baking powder-1 tsp

  5. Vanilla-1 tsp

  6. Milk-1 cup

  7. Egg-1

  8. Oil-3/4 cup

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C(360°F)..

  2. In a mixing bowl add eggs and sugar and mix well.

  3. Add in oil and beat well.Throw in the cocoa powder and mix well.

  4. Pour in the milk and mix till combined Sift in the flour and baking powder in this.Fold in gently.

  5. Spoon this in muffin cases and bake for 20-30min or until the cakes are cooked.To check if the cake is cooked,just insert a toothpick inside the cake and if it comes out clean,then the cake is cooked.

  6. Let this cool completely..When it is cooled you could cover the cupcakes with icing or have it as it is..
