  1. 2 pounds halibut

  2. peanut sauce Salad Dressing:

  3. 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  4. 2 cups Oriental sweet red pepper sauce

  5. 1/3 cup soy sauce

  6. 2 teaspoons fresh garlic minced

  7. 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar

  8. juice from 4 fresh limes

  9. juice from 2 fresh lemons

  10. 1/3 cup sesame oil

  11. 1/4 cup sesame oil

  12. 1 medium sweet onion diced

  13. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  14. Salad:

  15. 5 heads romaine lettuce chopped

  16. 3 bunches green onions sliced thin

  17. 4 fresh jalapeno peppers seeded and sliced thin

  18. 2 carrots peeled and grated

  19. 1 package broccoli slaw

  20. 2 cups thinly sliced cabbage

  21. 2 bunches fresh cilantro chopped

  22. 1 cup bean sprouts

  23. 1 cucumber sliced thin lengthwise

  24. 1 cup crab meat

  25. 3 cups medium cooked peeled shrimp

  1. Bake halibut at 350 for 15 minutes.

  2. Remove skin, bones and fat from the halibut.

  3. Break into small pieces and set aside.

  4. Fry the onion until golden brown in the sesame oil for about five minutes.

  5. Add red pepper sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce and garlic to the onion and boil on medium for 10 minutes.

  6. Add vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice and pepper flakes then add sesame oil and boil for five more minutes.

  7. Remove from heat and cool.

  8. Wash and drain all salad ingredients then mix them together.

  9. Lightly toss halibut in with the salad and serve topped with the peanut butter salad dressing.

  10. Sprinkle with cashew pieces.
