    1. 1 c. brown sugar

    2. 1 c. butter

    3. INGREDIENTS:

    4. 1 tsp. baking soda

    5. 4 tbsp. buttermilk or sweet milk

    6. 1 c. white sugar

    7. 2 eggs

    8. 1 heaping tsp. mace

    9. Flour to make a stiff dough

    10. DIRECTIONS:

    11. Combine all ingredients and roll out into a thin dough. Cut out and bake at 400 degrees until done; these cookies cook fast.
