  1. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter

  2. 4 Green onions and green tops - chopped

  3. 6 White bread

  4. Soaked in milk or water & squeezed dry

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly ground pepper

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh parsley

  8. 3 Fresh mushrooms - chopped

  9. 1 Chicken liver - trimmed and chopped

  10. 5 Eggs - well beaten

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions and saute until lightly browned (about 6 minutes).

  2. Add the remaining ingredients except eggs.

  3. Saute about 2 minutes. Add eggs and cook until set but still moist. Remove from heat and let cool.
