  1. 2-lb. beef chuck roast , cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices

  2. 1/2 c. onion , chopped

  3. 2 cloves garlic , minced

  4. 2 c. catsup

  5. 1/4 c. brown sugar , packed

  6. 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce

  7. 1 t. mustard

  8. 1/2 t. salt

  9. 1/4 t. pepper

  10. 6 to 8 onion rolls , split and toasted if you like.

  11. Garnish with your favorites.

  12. pickles , coleslaw , whatever makes you happy!

  1. Combine all ingredients except rolls in a slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours, Stirring occasionally, until meat is tender.

  2. Serve on really good onion rolls.
