  1. We it cut into steaks. In a large iron frying pan with melted butter, we saute sliced onions and garlic, (whatever quantity you like to consume, for us it is alot!), remove from pan, add a little more butter if necessary. Then brown pork tenderloin, remove, Add 1 can of celery soup to pan, stir to mix with leftover butter, return pork and then lay the garlic and onions on top, let simmer until done. This is really good with noodles. A big favorite at our house!
