  1. Dressing

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Rice vinegar

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Cooking oil

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Honey

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sesame oil

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Finely-grated ginger

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Finely-minced garlic

  9. Freshly-ground white pepper - to taste

  10. Salad

  11. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Raw jumbo shrimp - shelled, deveined

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  13. 4 cups 440g / 15oz Mixed salad greens or shredded lettuce

  14. 1 Red bell pepper - cut match-sticks

  15. 4 Fresh button or shiitake mushrooms - stems discarded,

  16. 1/2 cup 118ml Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts

  1. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl; whisk until blended.

  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with salt; let stand for 30 minutes.

  3. Place salad greens, bell pepper and mushrooms in a wide, shallow bowl.

  4. Grill or broil shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes or until done. Place cooked shrimp over salad. Add Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
