  1. 1 lb fresh green bean s

  2. Olive oil-flavored vegetable cooking spray

  3. 1/2 tsp olive oil

  4. 1 clove garlic, minced

  5. 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh oregano

  6. 3 Tbl water

  7. 1 Tbl fresh lemon juice

  8. 1/4 tsp salt

  9. tsp pepper

  10. 1 Tbl freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Wash beans; remove ends. Cook in boiling water to cover 5 minutes or until crisp tender; drain and set aside.

  2. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic and oregano; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add green beans and 3 Tbl water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss well. Transfer to a serving dish; sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
