  1. 6 slices of bread

  2. 1 potato (big/boiled and smashed)

  3. 1/4tsp ginger paste

  4. 1/4tsp garlic paste

  5. 1 green chili (chopped)

  6. 1/2tbsp oil

  7. Coriander leaves (chopped)

  8. Chutney:

  9. 1tbsp coriander leaves

  10. 1tbsp mint leaves

  11. 2tbsp coconut powder

  12. Salt as per taste

  13. 5 garlic flakes

  14. 1 green chili

  15. 2tsp lemon juice

  1. Put coriander leaves, mint leaves, coconut powder, garlic, green chili, lemon juice and salt in the blender

  2. Make a paste and the green chutney is ready

  3. Heating up 1/2tbsp of oil in a pan

  4. Add ginger, garlic and green chili in the hot oil

  5. Fry for minute

  6. Now add the boiled and smashed potatoes

  7. Smash it well in the pan

  8. Add salt as per taste

  9. Cook for few minutes

  10. Put coriander leaves and off the stove

  11. Now take the slices of bread

  12. Put some green chutney on top of the slices and spread it al over

  13. Now put some potato masala

  14. Cover the slices with masala with rest of the slices of bread

  15. Put them into the baking machine and cook for 2-3 minutes

  16. Remove the sandwiches

  17. Cut them into half

  18. Serve potato bread sandwich hot
