  1. 1/2 cup cabbage

  2. cup carrot

  3. potatoes

  4. cup green peas

  5. 1/3 cup beans

  6. 2 green chilies

  7. 3 garlic flakes

  8. 1 cinnamon

  9. 1 cardamom

  10. 1 cup coconut milk

  11. tsp turmeric powder

  12. 1tsp red chili powder

  13. Salt as per taste

  14. 1 cup curd

  15. cup water

  16. 1tbsp ghee

  17. Cilantro leaves (garnish)

  1. First pressure cooks carrots, potatoes, beans, green peas (except cabbage) still 1 whistle

  2. Now heating up ghee on a pan

  3. Add green chilies, cardamom, cinnamon and garlic

  4. Cook for few minutes

  5. Now add the boiled vegetables and cabbage

  6. Put turmeric and red chili powder

  7. Add salt as per taste

  8. Pour the curd and coconut milk and mix well

  9. Leave it to cook for few minutes

  10. Vegetable jalfreji is ready

  11. Garnish it with cilantro leaves before serve

  12. Try it with roti, chapatti, parantha and even with rice
