  8. cup(s) reduced-fat sour cream

  9. 1/4 cup(s) orange juice

  10. 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour

  11. White Chocolate Frosting (see ingredients below)

  14. 1 cup(s) white chocolate chips

  15. 1 stick(s) (8 Tbsp)

  16. softened butter

  17. 2 cup(s) confectioners' sugar

  18. 2 tablespoon(s) orange juice

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12 regular muffin cups (21⁄2 in. across) with liners.

  2. Beat first 5 ingredients in a large bowl with mixer until fluffy.

  3. On low, beat in egg, then sour cream and juice (batter will look curdled). Beat in flour to blend. Spoon into cups.

  4. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until a wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pan.

  5. To frost: Divide 1 cup Frosting evenly between 3 small cups. Tint 1 yellow and 1 reddish-orange; leave 1 plain. Scrape each into a small ziptop bag.

  6. Tint remaining frosting orange; frost cupcakes. Place a gumdrop in center of each. Cut 1⁄4 in. off a corner of each bag; pipe daisy petals.

  7. White Chocolate frosting Melt 1 cup white chocolate chips as pkg directs; cool slightly.

  8. Scrape into a large bowl, add 1 stick (8 Tbsp) softened butter and beat with mixer to combine.

  9. Add 2 cups confectioners' sugar and 2 Tbsp orange juice.

  10. Beat on low speed until blended. Increase speed to high; beat 2 minutes or until fluffy, adding a tsp juice if needed.
