  1. 4 eggs

  10. 1/2 cup butter, softened

  11. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  12. 1/4 cup sugar

  13. 2 tablespoons 2% milk

  14. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  15. 1 cup all-purpose flour

  16. GLAZE:

  17. 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

  18. 1 tablespoon shortening

  19. 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Cookie Dough Brownies Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a large bowl, beat the eggs, oil and sugar. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; gradually add to egg mixture. Stir in walnuts if desired.

  2. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool completely.

  3. For filling, in a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in milk and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour. Spread over the brownies; chill until firm.

  4. For glaze, in a microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Spread over filling. Immediately sprinkle with nuts, pressing down slightly. Yield: 3 dozen.
