  2. Cauliflower

  3. big

  4. 1 chilli power

  5. tsp 1 coriander powder

  6. tbsp 1 Garam masala

  7. tsp 1 Ginger garlic paste

  8. cup half oil

  9. cup 1 onions

  10. small 2 Potatos

  11. small 2 salt

  12. to taste tomato

  13. small 1 turmeric powder

  14. tsp 1

  1. Cut Cauliflower in small chunks.

  2. Cut potatos in thin and small pieces.

  3. Cut onions and tomatos finely.

  4. Heat oil in pan and add cauliflower to it. Add salt and turmeric powder. Fry on medium heat till cauliflower is more than half cooked. Do not add any water during this time. Just fry in oil.(Do not deep fry)

  5. Remove cauliflower and in same oil fry potatos.

  6. Remove potatos. Now in same oil put onions and fry till golden brown.

  7. Add chilli power, coriander powder and Ginger garlic paste.

  8. Fry nicely till it starts leaving oil.

  9. Add tomatos and fry till you see oil on the sides.

  10. . add 2 cups of water.

  11. . Now add fried Cauliflower and potatos.

  12. . let it boil for 2 mins and then add salt if required, coriander leaves13. Put off the flame and add garam masala and keep lid on the pan.
