  1. For Thandai Masala:

  2. 20 almonds

  3. 20 pistachios

  4. 4 tablespoon melon seeds

  5. 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds / chironji

  6. 2 tablespoon poppy seeds

  7. 1 tablespoon fennel seeds / saunf

  8. 10 dry rose petals

  9. 6 peppercorns

  10. 2 green Cardamom

  11. few strands saffron

  12. For Thandai:

  13. 500 ml milk (chilled)

  14. 100 gram thandai masala

  15. 200 gram sugar

  16. 1/2 teaspoon rose water

  17. few ice cubes

  18. For Garnish:

  19. Mix dry fruits (chopped)

  20. Dry rose petals

  21. Saffron strands (few)

  1. For Thandai Masala:Grind all of them and store in an airtight container.

  2. For Thandai: In a blender,blend all,ingredients well,till sugar dissolve,garnish and serve chilled.

  3. NOTE:

  4. My VEGAN friends can try it with soy or coconut milk,i had tried both version and that taste really cool.
