  1. 2 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame oil

  2. 2 tablespoon(s) reduced-sodium soy sauce

  3. 1 tablespoon(s) grated fresh ginger

  4. 1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic

  5. 4 teaspoon(s) rice vinegar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper

  7. 1 1/2 pound(s) mixed mushrooms

  8. 2 scallions

  9. 1 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame seeds

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Combine oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar and pepper in a large bowl. Add mushrooms and scallions and toss to coat. Transfer to a roasting pan.

  3. Roast, stirring once or twice, until browned and cooked through, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
