  1. 1 tablespoon milk

  2. 1 x mushroom soup

  3. 1 can

  4. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  5. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, mild shredded

  6. 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

  7. 2 cup cauliflower florets cut up

  8. 2 cup broccoli florets cut up

  9. 1 cup baby carrots I use mini carrots

  10. 1 cup bread crumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degree.

  2. Mix milk, soup, mayo, cheese, curry together in a big bowl.

  3. Add vegtables and mix well, pour into a casserole dish.

  4. Top with bread crumbs and bake for 45 minutes.
