  1. Chicken 2

  2. Coriander leaves 2cups

  3. Ginger 2(1") piece

  4. Garlic 10 cloves

  5. Green chillies 4

  6. Cloves 4

  7. Cinnamon 1 (1") stick

  8. Cardamom 2

  9. Peppercorn 1 tsp.

  10. Cumin 1 tsp.

  11. Turmeric 1/2 tsp.

  12. Lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp.

  13. Salt to taste

  14. Oil 2 tbsp.

  1. Clean, remove the skin and debone the chicken and cut into 8 large pieces.

  2. Marinate the chicken in lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder for 1 hour.

  3. Grind to a fine paste the rest of the ingredients, rub over the chicken and marinate further for 1 hour.

  4. Heat oil and fry the chicken on both sides, until tender.

  5. Serve hot with fried rice.
