  1. 3 lb chuck roast (could use sirloin or mock tender for leaner cut)

  2. 1 tablespoon italian seasoning

  3. 1 onion sliced

  4. 4 cloves garlic sliced

  5. 1 jar roasted red peppers (drained)

  6. 1 jar banana peppers rings(drained)

  7. 1 can spaghetti sauce (I use Hunts garlic & herb )

  8. 8 Chicago Style rolls

  1. Trim excess fat from roast and put in crock pot.

  2. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic slices.

  3. Add Onion, roasted peppers, pepper rings and spaghetti sauce.

  4. Cook in crock pot on high for 8 hours.

  5. Shred beef with forks in crock pot, drain off excess fat.

  6. Serve on rolls. ++

  7. These are great served with Rosemary Oven Fried Potatoes or Pasta Salad. (or both)

  8. Could be served over pasta.
