  1. 500 gm (1 lb) beef mince ,

  2. 2 pkt chicken noodle soup mix or similar (can use chicken stock powder )

  3. 1-3 tsp curry powder ( to taste)

  4. 2 tbsp brown sugar

  5. 2 tbsp black sauce

  6. cabbage about 2 cups shredded

  7. 1/2 onion sliced

  8. mushrooms 1/2 cup sliced

  9. celery1 /2 cup sliced

  10. green/red pepper 1/2 sliced

  11. carrot 1/2 cup sliced fine

  12. broccoli cauliflower or any other vegy you have available.

  13. Or just use frozen or canned stirfry veg

  1. Brown mince onion in saucepan in a little vegy oil or butter.

  2. Add flavour ingredients: soup mix, curry, brown sugar, sauce cook for 5 mins on stove top Add vegys to mixture in saucepan, and stirfry together for about another 5 mins, Add 1 cup- 1 1/2 cups water and cook for another 15 mins with saucepan covered with lid, until veg are tender.

  3. Serve with noodles or rice.

  4. Can make it go further with more veg added or less with less soup mix and less vegetables.

  5. Kids like it so great.
