  1. 1-1/2 Cups cornmeal

  2. 1 Cup buttermilk

  3. 8 Tbsp sugar

  4. 1-1/2 Cups corn (Frozen Kernels)

  5. 2 Tbsp baking powder

  6. 1 Cup milk

  7. 1 tsp salt

  8. 1/4 Cup butter

  9. *Blend all ingredients together with Mixer and add dry ingredients

  10. creamed corn (Heated) 3 Cups

  1. Add dry ingredients to liquid and mix together until well blended. Pour into well greased pan (9" x 13") and Place in steamer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

  2. Top with creamed corn and serve.

  3. NOTE: you will have to use a double broiler and still cook for the 15 to 20 minutes., unless you have a steamer.
