  1. 1 lb Lean ground beef

  2. 1/2 ts Garlic salt

  3. 1/4 ts Garlic powder

  4. 1/4 ts Pepper

  5. 2 x Celery; chopped

  6. 16 oz Kidney beans; drained

  7. 1/2 Chopped head cabbage

  8. 28 oz Tomatoes

  9. 1 cn Water in empty tom. can

  10. 4 Beef bouillon cubes

  11. Chopped parsley

  1. In a Dutch oven, brown beef.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; bring to boil.

  3. Reduce heat & simmer, covered for 1 hour.

  4. Garnish with parsley.

  5. Yield 3 qts.
