  1. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  2. 1/4 cup flour

  3. 1 teaspoon paprika

  4. 1 dash pepper

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 3 lbs chicken , cut up

  7. 1 egg (slightly beaten)

  8. 1 tablespoon milk

  9. 1/2 cup melted butter

  1. Combine the cheese, flour and seasonings together.

  2. Dip the chicken in the egg/milk mixture.

  3. Coat the chicken with the cheese mixture.

  4. Place the coated chicken in a baking dish and then pour the melted butter over the chicken.

  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
