  1. 6 crab

  2. Red chillies 4

  3. Grated coconut 1/2 cup

  4. Garam masala 1 tsp.

  5. Garlic 8 cloves

  6. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.

  7. Cumin seeds 1 tsp.

  8. Tamarind paste 1 tsp.

  9. Onion 1

  10. Sliced

  11. Oil 1 tbsp.

  12. Salt to taste

  1. Grind together grated coconut, red chillies, cumin seeds, garlic, turmeric powder and garam masala, with a little water.

  2. Heat oil in a large sauce pan add sliced onions and sauté until slightly brown.

  3. Add the ground paste, tamarind paste and salt, stir for 2 minutes then add a cup of water and bring it to boil.

  4. Add the crab meat, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes or until cooked.
