  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Yellow raisins

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cognac

  3. 1 cup 237ml Cream cheese - (or cottage)

  4. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Flour

  6. 1 Egg yolk

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Melted butter

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sour cream

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Lemon rind - grated

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Vanilla

  1. Mix raisins with cognac.

  2. Cream together cheese, sugar, and flour.

  3. Stir in egg yolk, then melted butter, sour cream, lemon rind, and vanilla.

  4. Add cognac-soaked raisins.
