  1. saute 1 cup coconut in a heated pan for 2--3 minute remove saute onion seperately in oil till light brown keep aside heat oil saute red chillis,coriander,fenugreek,cumin seeds,cinnamon,cloves till aroma comes then grind coconut,onion,spices in blender and make smooth paste. heat pan add oil ginger garlic paste add spice paste chilli powder ,potatoes cut into cubes saute add little water, add cauliflower florets cook. add coconut milk last and simmer
