  1. 1/2 cup Butter

  2. 6 tablespoons Granulated sugar

  3. 6 tablespoons Brown sugar

  4. cup Brown sugar, firmly packed

  5. 1 Egg

  6. 1 cup Plus 2 tb of flour

  7. teaspoon Baking powder

  8. teaspoon Salt

  9. 6 ounces Chocolate chips

  10. cup Pecans, chopped

  11. teaspoon Vanilla

  1. TOPPING Combine and beat first four ingredients. Sift together and add the last three ingredients. Spoon by rounded tb into cupcake papers.

  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

  3. Beat until creamy first three ingredients. Add chips, nuts and vanilla. Stir. Spoon 1 tb over each cupcake. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 02-13-95
