  1. 1 garlic clove, finely

  2. 250 g cauliflower,

  3. 2 tablespoons curry

  4. 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

  5. 500 g beef

  6. 2 tablespoons tomato

  7. 40 g cup

  1. Heat oil in a large pan and add onion and garlic.

  2. Turn until onion turns translucent.

  3. Add cauliflower, curry powder and parsley, and mix well.

  4. Add beef gradually and turn to brown.

  5. Add tomato paste, sultanas and water and mix through.

  6. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  7. Serve with saffron rice.
