  2. 1 cup onion chopped

  3. 1 cup celery diced

  4. 2 each garlic cloves diced

  5. 6 cups water

  6. 1 each vegetable bouillon cubes

  7. 1 cup red potatoes diced

  8. 1 each bay leaf

  9. 1/8 teaspoon basil

  10. 2 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped

  11. 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  12. 6 each tomatoes diced

  13. 1 cup turkey gravy

  14. 2 cups vermicelli pasta

  2. Add vermicelli and simmer until cooked.
