  1. Boneless skinless chicken breast 4

  2. For marinade

  3. Tequila 1 Tablespoon

  4. Fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon

  5. Extra virgin olive oil 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  6. Fresh ginger paste 12 Teaspoon

  7. Fresh garlic paste 1 Teaspoon

  8. Fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped

  9. Worcestershire sauce 12 Teaspoon

  10. Salt 12 Teaspoon

  11. Pepper 12 Teaspoon

  12. Chipotle chili powder 12 Teaspoon

  13. For salad

  14. Red ripe tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chop

  15. Fresh basil 12 Cup (8 tbs) , julienned

  16. Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon

  17. Feta cheese 2 Tablespoon , crumbled

  18. Salad greens 100 Gram

  19. For smashed potatoes

  20. Unpeeled new potatoes 2000 Gram , quartered (8-10,)

  21. Whole garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , peeled

  22. Kosher salt 1 Tablespoon

  23. Whipping cream 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  24. Butter/Melted margarine 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  25. Wasabi paste 1 Tablespoon

  1. Directions GETTING READY 1. For marinade, in a small bowl, combine tequila lime juice, olive oil, and cilantro.

  2. Throw ginger, and garlic paste in it.

  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and chipotle chilli powder in it. Whisk well.

  4. In a large bowl, place chicken and pour marinade in it. Score breast lengthwise. Turn and coat chicken well with marinade.

  5. Place chicken in refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Turn chicken few times if possible.

  6. MAKING 6. For salad, in a bowl combine tomato, basil, balsamic vinegar, and feta. Toss well. Cover, and let it sit in room temperature until ready to serve.

  7. For smashed potatoes, in a saucepan, throw potatoes, cover it with water, add garlic cloves, and salt. Place pan on oven and bring it to boil. Cover with lid and cook until tender. Drain potatoes, and set aside.

  8. In a pan, melt butter, whipping cream, and wasabi.

  9. In a large mixing bowl, mash potatoes, and garlic. Add butter mixture in it. Continue to mash until creamy.

  10. . Heat grill to 400 degree F, and place marinated chicken pieces on it. Turn, and cook on both side for about 7-10 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170 degree.

  11. FINALIZING 11. Top salad greens with tomato feta cheese mix.

  12. SERVING 12. Serve chicken with salad, and mashed potatoes.
