  1. Vermicelli - 1 cup,

  2. mixed vegetables - 1 cup (Frozen)

  3. Onion - 1

  4. Ginger 1 tsp

  5. garlic - 1 tsp

  6. green chilli - 1,

  7. tomato paste- 2 tbsp,

  8. curd 2 tbsp,

  9. Saunf - 1/2 tsp,

  10. khus khus - 1/2 tsp,

  11. red chilli powder - 3/4 tsp,

  12. turmeric - 1/4 tsp,

  13. cardamom - 1,

  14. clove - 1,

  15. bay leaf - 1,

  16. cinnamon - 1 piece,

  17. salt - 1 tsp,

  18. garam masala - 1 tsp,

  19. coriander leaves,

  20. oil - 1 tbsp

  1. Boil Vermicelli in 2 cups of water, cinnamon, clove and cardamom for 5 min in the Microwave.

  2. Add plenty of cold water, run in a sieve, drain. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wide bottomed pan.

  3. Add bay leaf, saunf, khus khus, crushed ginger/garlic, slit green chilli, chopped onions, chilli powder, turmeric, one by one and saute all along.

  4. Add chopped tomato paste, curd, salt, frozen vegetables, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and saute for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add the drained vermicelli. Mix well and transfer to a Microwave dish and Microwave for 10 min. Allow to cool. Serve with Raita.
