  1. Take a pan add water, turmeric, salt, yogurt, mix it and add chicken, cook it till chicken is tender, once it comes boil, boil it for 5 minutes and simmer the flame.

  2. Cardamom, clove, cinnamon, star anise, Shahi jeera, and crush it and add ginger garlic crush them also, and add crushed pepper corns, crushed coriander seeds, all of them crush it well.

  3. Heat a pan add crushed masala, and add butter, oil, red chilly, kasoori methi, red chilly flakes, salt, green chilly, cubes of onions, cubes of bell pepper, garam masala, saut them, and add tomato and add boiled chicken and toss them. Switch off the flame, and add chopped coriander, chopped mint, and add lemon juice and toss them.
