  2. Zucchini and squash: Combine butter, chopped fresh chives and continental parsley, crushed garlic and lots of salt and pepper. Toss through cooked sliced zucchini and quartered baby squash.

  3. Spinach: Combine a little cream, crushed garlic and finely grated parmesan. Toss through cooked spinach.

  4. Carrots and green beans: Combine a little butter, honey, chopped fresh continental parsley and lots of salt and pepper. Toss through cooked carrot sticks or green beans.

  5. Broccoli: Combine oyster sauce and toasted cashew nuts and toss through cooked broccoli.

  6. Corn: Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, fresh thyme leaves, crushed garlic and chopped fresh red chilli. Toss through small pieces of cooked corn cobs.

  7. Beetroot: Combine olive oil, finely grated orange rind and chopped fresh herbs (like chives, parsley, thyme or oregano). Toss through drained canned or cooked fresh beetroot wedges
